Every system undergoes stability testing, burn-in, and quality assurance checks before shipment.
Orders
Once your order ships, we email a tracking link. You can also view tracking details from your account order history.
If your order has not entered fulfillment, contact support to modify or cancel it. Custom builds may have limited change windows.
Payments
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
Returns
Most items can be returned within 30 days for a refund. Custom-built PCs are only returnable if defective.
Contact support with your order number. Eligible returns will receive a prepaid return label.
Shipping
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Custom builds require 3-7 business days for assembly before shipping.
We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes.
